These days subscription boxes are a super economical way of trying out new products & brands. Similarly, a subscription box helps a brand coming in limelight too. Bella Voste is a brand which instantly grabbed our attention via various subscription boxes available in India. I have few products in this brand which all I have received on subscribing different boxes. So in today’s post, I will be giving “Gyan 😉 ” (review) on Bella Voste Ulti-Matte Chubby Stick in shade Whipped Cavier.

Direction for use: Twist up automatic pencil tip and also glide it onto the lips to get the ultimate matte lip look.
Packaging: This lip crayon is a 3.8 gm product which comes in a cardboard packaging. The cardboard contains all the required details regarding the product. This lip crayon comes in retractable form & doesn’t need to be sharpened, which in turn prevents wastage of the product. The twist up mechanism works perfectly & doesn’t give any chance to complain. The best thing is that the outer color of this chubby stick is exactly of the same color as the shade. Which is definitely a good thing when you have multiple shades of same crayon (brand). Overall a big thumbs up from my side for the packaging ♥
My Opinion about the product: Whipped Caviar is a peachy orange shade which usually suits fair to medium skin tones. But unfortunately, it doesn’t look good on me (Don’t know why?) The shade looks pretty when I swatch it on my wrist (as you can see in the pic) but result on my lips is heartbreaking (हाय रब्बा यह क्या हो गया ). The pigmentation is pretty decent, gives a nice color payoff after a swipe. But to get the exact shade you need to give 3 or 4 swipes.
It glides smoothly on lips without tugging or pulling & gives the creamy matte finish. So this crayon will not give you a complete matte finish as per claim. The formula is non-drying so you need not apply a lip balm before applying it. This crayon is not 100% transfer proof & remains on lips for a decent time. It is able to survive light meals but a heavy meal can wipe off completely. On my lips, this shade stays for maximum 3 hours and after that, I need to apply it again.
So overall this is an average lip crayon which I would do not mind to receive in a subscription box. But if I have to spend money on buying it then I will like to be avoid. I would also recommend going for swatch before buying a lipstick or crayon for yourself 🙂

2. Decent staying power.
3. Nice color payoff.
4. Non-drying formula.
What I do not like about this product…
1. Doesn’t suited me.
2. Difficult to find in local stores.
3. Not complete matte.

Bella voste chubby sticks are really good n affordable compared other luxury brands….n d pigmentation also seems to be goood…

The colour and finish of this matte stick looks great, can be tried in case one tends to be very colour specific.
