Aura Vedic Anti Blemish Face Mask Review

March 8, 2016 by anjali 24 Comments

Hello Cuties!!!

Being born with oily skin, I have constantly struggled with pimples and their spots. In such scenario, any product with the label of “Anti-Blemish” instantly draws by attention and I have to loose my pocket for that. In today’s post I am going to review such a product. It is Aura Vedic Anti- Blemish Face Mask.

Product claims: Keep skin blemish free by quickly reducing breakouts with this maximum strength formula. The mask unclogs pores to unblock trapped dirt & oil. Skin is left free of acne & pimples while willow bark purifies pores to prevent further breakouts.

Ingredients: Extracts of Neem, Tulsi, Aloe Vera, Amla, Turmeric, Papaya, Tea Tree Oil, Jojoba Oil, Coconut Oil, Sage Oil, Willow Bark, Ceto Stearyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, Steareth 10, Kaolin, Sorbitol, Triethanolamine, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerine, Purified Water.

Price: 200 Rs

Wt: 50 gm

Shelf life: 24 months or 2 years.

Online availability: Amazon, Jabong, Homeshop18, Auravedic, Flipkart, Healthkart.com etc.

Directions for use: Cleanse face before applying this clear skin mask. Keep on for 15-20 minutes before gently washing off with water. Use daily for maximum results.

Packaging: This face mask comes in a plastic jar or tub which has a flat bottom and a white colored screw cap. The instant, I saw this cream I thought it was made of glass but I was wrong as it was made of good quality plastic material and was very light weight. Various details are provided on the jar or tub. Overall packaging is very sturdy and travel friendly.

My opinion about this product: On unscrewing the jar’s cap, I found a white colored lid further which prevents spillage of the face mask. The face mask is light green in color and has a very thick consistency. You can apply this face mask with the help of your finger or spatula. I usually use brush for face mask or pack application.

Due to it’s thick consistency, the face mask is difficult to spread or apply on face. So you can use rosewater to make paste of appropriate consistency. Company suggests to use it daily for maximum result but I usually apply it on weekends. I keep it for 20-25 minutes but in winters it may take more minutes to dry off completely. While application, it neither gives any burning or tingling sensation nor it’s fragrance bothers your sensitive nose.

Once it dries, rinse it with normal water. It is very easy to wash it off without much effort. Post application you will notice that your skin is clear, bright and soft. It doesn’t make your skin dry and control facial oil for 4-5 hours. My major expectation from this face mask was reduction in pimples spots and blemishes. To be honest you won’t see instant reduction in blemishes. So have patience and use it regularly and you will notice visible reduction in your pimples, their spots and blemishes. It also prevents new pimples from popping out.

As this product does complete justice to it’s claim so it is a complete winner in my book. If you are looking for anti-blemish face mask than spending on this face mask is a great deal.

What I like about this product….

– Reduces blemishes and acne spots.
– Leaves a bright & clear skin
– Chemical & paraben free.
– Removes excess oil & dirt
– Doesn’t break me out.

What I do not like about this product….

– Tub packaging is bit unhygienic to use .
– Bit difficult to find in local markets.
