So very recently I bought this primer from Lakme, although it has been on the shelves for a long time now. My makeup routine does not start without a primer and since I have oily and sensitive skin, I tend to pick up products which control the appearance of oil on my face.

Directions for use: Apply small dots of the Primer over your face. Blend it well with your fingertips or a sponge in an upward motion. Start with the center of the face and work your way upwards and outwards to get the perfect coverage. Wait for a few minutes for the Primer to set before applying foundation.
Packaging: The primer comes packed in a cardboard t in black and the product itself is packed in a tube format with a black body and silver cap. The opening of the tube is really tiny, which is very ideal, considering that it releases just the perfect amount of primer for application. You will find all the information about the product printed on the tube and the carton box.
My opinion about the product: Coming first to the texture of the primer, you are going to love it. It has a peach-ish shade and a light weight airy texture. The fragrance is very light and subtle and becomes unnoticeable after few minutes of application. As per the claims of the product, it truly gives you a bright complexion and creates a soft and smooth base for you to work upon your makeup. Blending other makeup products becomes easy with the use of the primer. True to its claim, it gives a really soft blurry look to the face. If you are applying the product in dots and lightly tapping them over your face, you should have no problem in blending it and in no time.
I have used this primer both, alone and under makeup and I have not been disappointed. The best part about the primer is that it makes the application of makeup so soft and smooth that you are absolutely going to love it all.
The only thing that I felt while using the product was that it does not have a major effect on the pores on the skin and blemishes. If you have some problem area with too many pores, you are still going to notice them after application of the primer. Also, although there is no claim for the same but the primer also adds a little matte effect to your skin, which controls the shine on my T zone to some extent. Needless the say, your makeup is going to last really long with the application of this primer. All in all, I did not notice any dry flakes of skin after application of the primer but also it did not add any moisture to my skin, so it is safe to say that according to the needs of your skin, you can use a moisturizer on your skin before application of the primer.
