Hello Cuties!!!
Hope you all are doing well & बच्चे के पीछे भागते भागते P.T Usha बन ही गए होगे 😉 . I am a mother of an 18 months old boy and also an active member of many parenting groups. These parenting groups are an amazing platform where we mothers help out each other. I have noticed a lot of moms remain worried about the schedule of their child. To be honest it’s like impossible to fix a specific schedule for a toddler (as they have their own rules 😉 ) but we can do it up to an extent. My baby is 18 months old and he has almost a fixed schedule so I thought to share it with you guys. In this post, I am sharing his winters routine.
Now let me tell you that here I am sharing my baby’s routine which can give you an idea of setting a routine for 12 to 36 months old kid. In India, a baby starts going school at the age of 3 so the schedule I am sharing can be applied to children of age 1 to 3 as after that we need to follow a different routine. In this post, I am sharing his routine which we following in these winters.
My baby’s Schedule
Aarav takes only one nap in a day that too around 3:30 in daytime. He sleeps around 3 hours (depending on disturbance while sleeping), so he goes to bed a bit late & wakes up late too. We have fixed this routine for him as my hubby is a doctor (being a doctor he remains super busy) & comes home late & we want our cutie to spend some quality time with his father. So here is my baby’s routine 🙂
9:30 Am – Wake Up
10 Am– Breakfast
10:30 Am- Body massage
11 Am- Play time (We both play on our balcony.)
11:30 –Bath Time
12 PM- Take him in Sunlight where he enjoys watching different things (people, dogs, cows etc). This is a quiet or kind of rest time for me. Sometimes we go to park too if the weather is good enough to take him out.
12:30 – Light Snacks (If he seems hungry)
2- Lunch Time
3:30- Nap (This is the time when I write blogs 🙂 )
7 PM- Light snacks (if he eats) and soup is a compulsory thing for him. During this time we (Dad & Mom) enjoy tea.
7:30 PM- Play time for Aarav with daddy.
9: 30 PM- Dinner Time
10:30 PM: Begin Bed Time (changing his clothes, diaper etc.)
11: 00 PM: Bed Time
* Milk Time: My baby is crazy for milk & he needs it whenever he sees the bottle.. He he.. Yes my mom do warn me to fix his milk time too 😉
We try to follow this routine up but still, it varies a bit depending upon Aarav. Like sometimes he skips his nap or sometimes he doesn’t allow to massage etc. So here is my baby’s winter routine. Please do share your baby’s routine too in comment box 🙂
