Hey Friends!!!
Although doctors aren’t certain why acne occurs, they do know some key factors that make a person more acne-prone hormones can be a big cause of acne. Adult women may also experience breakouts during hormonal changes that occur just before their menstrual cycle begins.
Heredity may also be a factor in how acne affects you. If one or both of your parents had acne, you’re at a greater risk for inheriting the triggers that cause overproduction of sebum and lead to clogged follicles Environmental and situational factors may also play a role in form of heat, pressure or friction. Pollution and high humidity can also be factors in back acne because they create the perfect conditions for clogged pores and breakouts.
If you participate in sports, you can get back acne along your hairline from wearing a helmet. Tight uniforms that put a lot of pressure on the skin can also be a cause of back acne. Students toting around heavy backpacks can develop acne on their backs from the pressure of the straps. People who work outside in hot weather can develop acne from too-tight clothing. People who drive a lot can be prone to back acne from the pressure of the seat on their backs.Treatment:
1. Exfoliate by using an abrasive sponge or a loofah. However, don’t scrub too hard, or you’ll increase irritation.2.Try out Zinc: NOT so common cure, but certainly effective in some cases, zinc is a known enemy of acne.:Apply zinc directly to skin. Try finding a lotion with zinc and rub it into the skin twice daily. If you can’t find this, puncture a zinc gel tablet, squeeze some of the gel onto your clean finger and apply directly to your back.
Ingest zinc as a part of your daily vitamin regimen. Do not take more than 50 mg daily, as this could put you at risk of copper deficiency, as larger doses of zinc interfere with copper absorption.

3.Wash your whole body with an oil-free, medicated body wash. Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash is a particularly good product with this. Concentrate on the areas with pimples and wait a minute or so before rinsing to get rid of all the oil.

Yes considering the temperature of India it's a common problem. However the clothes you wear or the detergent you use to wash them can also be the problem. Considering the goal of stopping bacterial growth upon a surface many other remedies can also be considered , the chlorine present to keep pool water pure can also be a face. Please comment for further queries.

Dear Aman,
thanks for this post as it covers a dark area of problems which little focus on.
But please can u assure me the use of zinc directly on Skin?
aman says
Yes, zinc found in form of lotions or tropical treatment usually contains a very less concentration of it and cannot possibly harm skin until you go over the counter measures. Anyhow strong concentration should be avoided. Also taking zinc orally more then 50 mg per day is strongly not recommended which you can see in my article. Zinc is not covered as a total ingredient but as a one of the ingredient present in a tropical cream.

thanks for reply but can we try any other anti oxidants other than zinc also ? as some specially formulated zinc preparations are not available in India?
