Cleanse/wash your face: Always cleanse your face properly before going to bed. There are various face washes available in the market. Do choose according to your skin type. After washing your face, wipe with clean towel.
Put some balm on your lips: Before going to bed, always remember to apply some lip balm on your lips. It will be better to use non-tinted balm or Vaseline. This is turn will give you super soft lips in the morning.
Apply Night Cream: A lot of girls/ women use simple lotion or cream just before going to bed. I would say it’s a good habit but would recommend to replace it with better night cream. Now a days I using Himalaya’s night cream.
Moisturize your dry spot: If you have any dry spot on your skin, do not forget to moisturize it with a good lotion. Especially knee, elbow area as we generally ignore them.
Pamper your feet: Feet are the most neglected part of our body so please give them some love. Do not forget to moisturize them before sleeping. If your feet are cracked then apply a good foot cream on them.
Loose your ponytail: If you are fond of tight pony tail, then it is advisable to loosen them before sleeping, this will save your hair from breakage. It is always better to have messy braid.
Zo Zo time: Finally sleep tension free, get lost in your la la land (ha ha ha) and sleep peacefully.
