When you have a blogger friend then you keep getting free products (he he). Anjali posted about Mother Sparsh brand products on her Instagram. I never heard about this brand so was bit curious. So when I asked her (about this brand) she gave me a face cream & a diaper rash cream of this brand. In this post I will be reviewing the diaper rash cream.

Direction of use: Apply liberally to affected skin. Use as often as necessary. Enjoy the multi-functional benefits! Always test any skin product on your baby’s skin by doing a patch test on the forearm for any allergies before using it.
My opinion about this product. It is white in color and has a very creamy & thick consistency. When I opened it my instant reaction was that this cream resembles to ponds (It has similar fragrance). Those who don’t prefer strong fragrance in baby’s product may not like this.
Due to thick nature you need to massage it properly to get it absorbed in to skin. It (Zinc oxide) leaves a white layer which seals out wetness 🙂 Keep in mind that it takes time to this cream gets absorbed into the skin. So your baby may gets irritated . Good thing is that after one or two application my baby’s rashes were completely gone. I regularly use it even if my baby doesn’t have rash(es) as a preventive measure to avoid rashes.
Remember that before applying a diaper rash cream use gentle wipes that don’t have perfume or alcohol to clean your baby’s bums. After you have done the wiping, it is time for one of my favorite tricks. Take a plain tissue paper and tap it around your babies recently cleaned area. Most of the time the skin is still a bit damp. The tissue will actually stick to the skin & now do tap tap to make his/her skin completely dry. Now apply thin layer of diaper rash cream & finally make him/her wear a diaper. Mommies it’s a request to give some diaper free time (at least 1 hour in a day) to your baby. All these points which will help in keeping your baby diaper rash free but if your baby ever faces severe diaper rash do rush to doctor.
What I like about this product….

What I do not like about this product…..
1. Fragrance may bother you. 2. Unavailability in local stores.
