Suddenly one day I felt like buying Eye cream for myself. I am not sure about the reason but at times I feel like buying things without strong reason 😉 So I picked Biotique Bio Almond Soothing and Nourishing Eye Cream from Spencer. Eye cream is something which we all should use but most of the time we skip it.
Product’s claim: This luxurious eye cream lightens and brightens eye contours. Smoothes away dry lines, dark circles and puffiness.
Direction of use: Lightly pat around eye area, morning and evening.
Packaging: This cream comes in a light & dark green colored cardboard box. The product’s related information is printed of it. The actual product comes in a white tub (chotu) with a green screw lid. As the gel is a bit runny, if not closed tightly, it might leak. Most of the Biotique products (cream, face pack, gel etc.) comes in similar kind of packaging.
My opinion about the product: This cream is white in color & has a very creamy texture. It easily gets absorbed into the skin & very small quantity is required cover the area around the skin. Now the thing is that I don’t have dry lines, dark circles and puffiness. But still I wanted to use it as I worked a lot on laptop. I never face any stingy or burning sensation ( I was applying in night before going bed) but in morning my eyes used to feel heavy. I tried for three days and after that I started using on alternate days to check it is because of cream or something else.
So I discovered that this cream making my eyes feel heavy. As my eyes were fine on days when I was not applying it 🙁 So I stopped using it & kept it aside with huge disappointment.
