Who knew Country like India known for its rich tradition and culture will get smitten by Korean skin care but I feel nothing is wrong in following best things anywhere across the world especially in today’s scenario where we don’t have time to sit and mix homemade masks. Last few years we have been witnessing quite a number of brands from Korea introducing us to Sheet masks trend and no wonder I was expecting Nykaa to launch it. Let’s see if the newly launched products get our love or not.
Price: Rs 100 for 1 Sheet Mask (20 ml). They always have some offers and currently Buy 5 get 3 free is going on
Shelf Life: 3 Years from the date of Manufacture
Variants:They have various variants. You can refer their website and select accordingly.
Since I wanted to try different things I have 4 unique sheet masks from their range.
Packaging: It’s a very normal packaging like its predecessors. Nothing fancy and I don’t think they can make it in any other way since it has to be packed only in this type. Comes with an attractive forefront representing the active ingredients/ Variants and back side of the product has all the vital details like product description, Usage instructions, Ingredients etc…
About the product: So, as a first attraction, let’s talk about the main thing which is the sheet itself. Right from the launch Nykaa team was making sure to let us know about its special feature since the sheet is made of wood pulp which is definitely appreciable thing. Secondly, I found the serum to be different from other Brands as they are quite runny in nature and not thick which I am not a big fan of as I found it tough handling it. I took some time to get the mask to the right shape as I was fighting with the liquid from dripping off.
And to talk about its final and very important nature, its main function. If you ask me if I felt any difference after using it, unfortunately no. I have had a good experience with few variants from other brands and I have noticed a visible difference after leaving the serum overnight. But I didn’t find thing to work in a spectacular way like other sheet masks did. It was hydrating to some extent which I feel that it would not be sufficient for dry skinned beauties.
It doesn’t not have any noticeable fragrance again which is not my cup of tea as I prefer sniffing good smells all the time. But it might favor the sensitive nose for sure.
Overall Verdict: It is not a must use product but can give a try if you want to experience something new. I would prefer paying the same and get something nice which will brighten up my face since I feel that’s an important thing why we use sheet masks. I am a big fan of nykaa products but if you ask me about this product I think I was not that happy as my expectations were high.
