It is not as difficult as it seems to all, all you got to do is devote some time to pamper them. I am sharing 5 steps for getting soft, shiny and healthy hair.
Pre-conditioning:
Majority of the population forget this step or tend to skip due to thought process it’s being not so important. To be honest this step is very important for soft, shiny and healthy hair. All you have to do is, one day prior before washing your hair is to apply oil. Massage in the scalp thoroughly and liberally spread it until every strand is dripping with oil. Do remember to change your new pillow cover with old one or spread on old towel. Otherwise you will say ” Anjali ne naya pillow cover kharab karwa diya.”
Shampoo:
On the next day, wash your hair with shampoo, suiting your hair type ( I have already posted, know your hair type). Don’t experiment with different shampoos, be loyal towards a particular one.
Conditioner:
Hey ya! now it’s conditioning time. Rinse your hair with water after shampoo. Gently squeeze excess of water from your hair. Now apply conditioner and do try to apply in every strand.
Luke warm water rinse:
After 5 to 10 minutes of applying your hair with conditioner, wash it off with luke warm water. Do not use hot water to wash it off.
Cold water rinse:
Drain out excess water from your hair and now use cold water to rinse them, reason being that cold water prevents your hair from becoming dry and frizzy.
