5 Home Remedies For Teeth Whitening

Bonjour Amis!!!Since ages teeth color has been compared to pearls. It means that our teeth should be ideally white in color but it is not the scenario normally. Some reasons which lead to discoloration of our teeth are irregular and improper brushing, excessive coffee or tea coffee intake any many other reasons as well.

There are lots of ways for whitening them again like bleaching, scaling and polishing, if you are not afraid of dentist’s surgical instruments. Similarly there are lots of teeth whitening tooth paste available in market but major drawback being high amount of bleaching agent in them which can cause gum bleeding and infection in gums etc. So here I am going to share some home remedies for teeth whitening without any side effect.

 


Home remedy: 01# Baking Soda & Lemon juice

1. In a small bowl mix baking soda and lemon juice to get a paste like consistency.

2. Now brush your teeth with this mixture. Leave the paste for 1 minute.

3. Brush your teeth again with your regular toothpaste, to correct the taste of your mouth, if you don’t feel like to then avoid this step.

Home remedy: 02# Banana peel

1. Take a banana peel & rub it on your teeth for two minutes.

2. Leave it for 15 minutes. After that brush your teeth with your regular toothpaste.

3. Repeat this process twice or thrice a week.

Home remedy: 03# Strawberries & Baking Soda1. In a small bowl mash the berries into a pulp, and add a pinch of salt and ½ teaspoon of baking soda.

2. Now apply this mixture with the help of brush. Leave it for 5 minutes.

3. Brush your teeth again with your regular toothpaste, to correct the taste of your mouth, if you don’t feel like to then avoid this step.

Home remedy: 04# Basil Leaves & Mustard oil

1. In a small bowl crush the basil leaves.

2. Mix the crush basil leaves with mustard oil to make a paste.

3. Use it as you do, your regular tooth paste.

Home remedy: 05# Lemon Peel

1. It is a very easy remedy all you have to do is rub lemon peel on your teeth.

2. Brush your teeth with your regular toothpaste, to correct the taste of your mouth, if you don’t feel like to then avoid this step.

* Banana peel & Lemon peel remedies will cost you nothing but will give you white & shiny teeth.
